Per section 3.02.01 in the Garfield County Zoning Resolution you are still incompliance with the special use permit issued back on July 6, 1993. We have enclosed a copy of your letter in your special use file. Also, the statement made related to size of unit and building permit necessity is correct. I would appreciate your confirmation in writing that this change in use is approved. 1 also understand, once the approval has been given, that the dwelling unit may be a maximum of 1,500 sq. ft and that a building permit would be required to increase the size of the apartment to that maximum. If for any reason that is not correct, please let me know. I have enclosed a copy of the Resolution from my original approval along with the Certificate of Occupancy we received upon completion of construction.
