Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy shall not he construed as an approval of a violation of the provisions of this code
or of other resolutions or zoning codes of the jurisdiction. Certificates presuming to, give authority to violate or cancel
the provisions of this code or of other resolutions of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. (2003 IRC Sec. 110.1, IBC Sec. 119.1).
