Subject: Sprint Antenna Upgrade at 2 Iron Mountain
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in getting this to you.
As discussed, Sprint is currently upgrading their current equipment that is presently at the site to support their "4G"
Network. Sprint proposes to complete this upgrade in two phases
During phase one, Sprint proposes to add several wireless communication antennas to the existing tower. They also
propose to add new equipment cabinets to the existing leased space, within the fenced area. Several months later, after
Sprint has finished with their equipment migration, they will remove obsolete antennas and equipment from the site.
This is phase two.
At this site, Sprint will be removing the old antennas at the same time they install the new models.
Sprint's installation is a collocation upgrade and will not extend the height of the structure. Sprint will not be expanding
the existing fenced compound. Sprint will not be adding any lighting to the tower. This installation will not change the
existing use of the Wireless Communication Tower.
At this site, Sprint proposes:
Remove 3 antennas
Install 3 antennas
Remove 2 existing cabinets
- Install 2 new cabinets
Remove all existing coax lines
- Install 3 new Hybridflex cabled using existing coax route
- Install 6 new RRU's behind existing antennas
Replace 1 existing GPS antenna with newer model
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Thanks.

Subject: POW, Inc. - Amendment to LUCP/Telecommunications Tower (SUAA-7619)
Glenn:
Applicants for an amendment to an approved LUCP are required to submit the General Application Materials (see Table
4-201). The General Application Materials include information on ownership and authorization (see Section 4-
203.8,1.2.).
This application does not include a deed showing who owns the property - Steve Beckley? Steve and Jeanne Beckley?
POW, Inc.?
If the owner is POW, Inc., then I'll need evidence that Steve and/or Jeanne Beckley have the authority to act on behalf of
the company— typically this would be through a recorded Statement of Authority (and it's worth it for the applicant to
check the Clerk and Recorder's records because I'm pretty sure there is an authorization already out there).
The Amendment No. 3 to Site Agreement would then be sufficient to authorize the Sprint to process this application on
behalf of the property owners (see Paragraph 1).
Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else specific you'd like me to review at this time.
Thank you,
Carey
