Dear Sirs: We are the owners of said property described in the tax bill enclosed. We have been current in payment of our taxes. Said property, originally zoned agriculture, has been previously been granted useage for industrial purposes. We respectfully request additional zoning useage for one of our buildings on said property, presently empty, for agriculturally related and other food type businesses. We have enclosed our check for $500.00 to be applied against any filing or application fees necessary, and will pay any additional amounts upon request. We hereby appoint Mike Palmer and Jerry Honeycutt, of Paracute, to act in our specific behalf in this regard. The building has been empty for some time now and we wish to activate its useage and create some business opportunity and jobs in the area. We will abide by any decisions set forth by the Commission and make them a condition precedent to any tenant using the property. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
