At a regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners for Garfield County, Colorado, held at the Commissioners'
Meeting Room at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs on
the 8th day of September A.D. 19 86 , there were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-100
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO.
81-64, FOR A COMMERCIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners did
approve by Resolution No. 81-64, the Matthews and Associates, Commercial
Park Special Use permit; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, has received an application from Philip J. Matthews and Jerry
Honeycutt for an amendment to the Matthews and Associates Commercial Park
Special Use permit to add Agricultural Related Business as an allowable
use, on the following described tract of land:
See Exhibit A
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, the Board held a public hearing on the 2nd day of
September, 1986, upon the question of whether the above-described Special
Use permit amendment should be granted or denied, at which hearing the
public and interested persons were given the opportunity to express their
opinions regarding the approval of said Special Use permit amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of substantial competent evidence
produced at the aforementioned hearing, has made the following
determination of fact:
1. That proper publication and public notice was provided as
required by law for the hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. That the hearing before the Board of County Commissioners was
extensive and complete, that all pertinent facts, matters and
issues were submitted and that all interested parties were heard
at that hearing.
3. For the above stated and other reasons, the proposed amendment
to the Matthews Special Use permit is in the best interest of the
health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and
welfare of the citizens of Garfield County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County, Colorado that Resolution No. 81-64 be amended and
hereby is authorized permitting the use of the above described tract of
land for a Commercial Park to include Agricultural Related Business as an
allowable use upon the following specific conditions:
1. That all representations of the applicant, either within the
application or stated at the hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners, shall be considered conditions of approval, unless
stated otherwise by the Board.
2. That all previous conditions of approval, as outlined in
Resolution #81-64, shall be applicable.
3. That all regulations of Garfield County, applicable to
Agricultural Related Businesses, shall be complied with.

Beginning at a point on the East line of the Sig'/4 S•,'/4 of said Section
1 which is 110 feet South of the Northeast corner of said SW/4 SW/4;
thence South, along the East lines of said S'7/4 SW/4 and of the
N[%/4 NW/4 of said Section 12, a distance of 1449 feet to a point on
the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly right of way line
