At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners for Garfield County,
Colorado, held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, Garfield County Courthouse, in Glenwood
Springs on Tuesday , the 7th of September A.D. 19 93 , there were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 93-079
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY GOLDEN BUFF ENTERPRISES (DON KRIZ)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, has received
— application from Golden Buff Enterprises for a storage facility in the C/L (Commercial/Limited) Zone
District on the following described tract of land:
see attached
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, the Board held a public meeting on the 16th day of August, 1993, upon the
question of whether the above-described Conditional Use Permit should be granted or denied, at which
meeting the public and interested persons were given the opportunity to express their opinions
regarding the issuance of said Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of substantial competent evidence produced at the
aforementioned meeting, has made the following determination of fact:
1. That the meeting before the Board of County Commissioners was extensive and
complete, that all pertinent facts, matters and issues were submitted and that all
interested parties were heard at that meeting.
2. That the application is in compliance with the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of
1978, as amended.
3. For the above stated and other reasons, the proposed use is in the best interest of the
health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of
Garfield County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that the Conditional Use Permit be and hereby is authorized permitting the use of
the above described tract of land for a storage facility upon the following specific conditions:
1. That all proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions of approval unless
stated otherwise by the Board of County Commissioners.
2. The proposed structure shall conform to all applicable building codes, setbacks, and
height limitations, per the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, 1984 as amended.

A parcel of land situate in Lot 15 of Section 7, Township 7
South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly boundary line of a
tract of land described in Document No. 260508 of the records
of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado said
point also being on the Westerly right-of-way line of a
county road as built and in place whence the Southeast
corner of said Section 7 bears S. 47°43'16" E. 2126.81 feet;
thence N. 14°35'37" W. 294.63 feet along said Westerly right
of way line; thence West 283.76 feet to a point on the
Easterly right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway No. 82;
thence S. 06°08'10" E. 286.77 feet along said Easterly
right-of-way line of said Southerly boundary line of a tract
of land described in document No. 260508; thence along said
Southerly boundary line East 327.34 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
EXCEPT all that portion conveyed to the Board of County
Commissioners by Document No. 102744.
