In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield
County Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and Resolution No. 82- 239
of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, State of
Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following
activity:
a utility line, specifically, a 25 KV electric distribution line
on the following described tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado:
Beginning at the Fruita Substation located in Section 3,T1N,
R2W, Ute P.M., North to Section 16, T2N, R2W, Ute P.M.; thence
Northwesterly to Section 6, T9S, R101W, 6th P.M.; thence
Northwesterly along the existing pipeline to Section 6, T9S,
R102W, 6th P.M.; thence Northerly along State Highway 139 to
Section 21, T7S, R102W, 6th P.M. to the Salt Creek Mine.
The BLM lands to be crossed are as follows:
Sections 4,''9, 16 T2N, R2W, Ute P.M.
Sections 6, 7, 18 T9S, R101W, 6th P.M.
Section 1, T9S, R102W, 6th P.M.
Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 26, 36, T3S,
R102W, 6th P.M.
Sections 31, 32, 30, 29, 20, 21, T7S, R102W, 6th P.M
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions
set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only
during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions
of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations,
Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County.
