The BLM lands to be crossed are as follows: Sections 4,''9, 16 T2N, R2W, Ute P.M. Sections 6, 7, 18 T9S, R101W, 6th P.M. Section 1, T9S, R102W, 6th P.M. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 26, 36, T3S, R102W, 6th P.M. Sections 31, 32, 30, 29, 20, 21, T7S, R102W, 6th P.M The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County.
