machines, appliances; shop for cabinetry' glazing, machining, plumbing,
electrical, insulation, sheet meta1, and contractors yard.
4. No retail or personal service establishments shall be a11owed.

stagement on the stability of the rock face behind the ProPerty.

flux of 70r000 BTUS per hour per square foot'
D. A11 electrical wiring, fixtures, and motors shall be "explosive proof'r.
E. A 15r000 ga11on rnater storage tank for fire protection be established on site.
F. That the propane srorage tank be placed a ninimum of 50 feet fron Building B,
as indicated on the site Plan.
That the new access point onto Highway 82 be limited to north-bound exiting
traffic, and that adequate signs to indicate the traffic flow pattern shall
be placed accordingly. ,
That all signs be "on building" signs
That the applicant confer with the County Sheriffr s Department on the placement
of exterior security lighting and landscaping.
That the applicant show evidence of an assured legal supply of water, and that
the applicant provide an engineerts statement on the sufficiency of the water
supply for the proposed uses, both to be received by the Planning Department
prior to issuance of the special use permiE.
20. That the applicant propvide a six (6) foot chain line fence between the
southern boundary of his ProPerty and the adjacent land o'";ner.
