Description
AMOUNT
1. Remove all roofing to plywood roof deck. Clean up and haul debris to landfill.
2. After tear off, inspect plywood roof decking. Any rotted or damaged plywood will be replaced
on a time and material basis: $30.00 per man hour + cost of materials.
3. Prep and dry in for new roof including:
a. custom bend drip edge to go into gutter stopping water run off behind gutter.
b. install ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and, penetrations per code or better.
c. Complete 100% dry in with synthetic underlayment. desert tan OWENS-CORN
SURE NAIL shingles
d. Construct cricket behind chimney. Reflash 2 skylights.
4. ROOF - Install new, "Lifetime" dimensional / architectural asphalt shingle roof.
COST FOR BASIC ROOF SYSTEM
UPGRADE OPTIONS
A. Install ice and water shield to 100% of roof. ADD: $790.00
B. Install lifetime "ULTRA" shingles. (Thicker, heavier, longer wear) ADD: $945.00
OTHER - MULLENAX to re -install snow -melt heat wires so that
they are fully operational. Note: heat wire on the
front roof of townhome will need to be adjusted to
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES \allow it t0 cross over the new
\cricket roof.
Shingle manufacturer includes a limited lifetime warranty on their products.
MULLENAX includes a 6 year guarantee on the "Basic' roof system, and, a 12 year on the
upgraded system. This is on the labor and installation, and, is transferrable.

We Propose herby to furnish material and labor -complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:

1/2 up front, balance due upon completion 6,211.50
All matenal is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike $ 12,423.00
manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or
delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our
workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
