ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SATISFACTION
SUBDTVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT thAt:
WHEREAS, Arureliese K. Allen (hereinafter Owner/Subdivider), entered into a Subdivision
Improvements Agreement with the Board of Cormty Commissioners of Garfield Cowrty, Colorado
(hereinafter "Board") dated December I8, I998, recorded in Book I 105, at Page212 as Reception
No. 537532 of the Garfield County records on December 18, 1998, for the improvements of
Mountain Meadows at Prince Creek subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the obligations of the Ownerisubdivider have been satrsfied, as verified in a
statement fiom David M. Kotz, P.E. ,schmueser Gordon Meyer, Inc. dated June 24, 1999, certif,ing
the completion of various improvements consistent with those described in the SuMivision
Improvements Agreemeut.
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the Owner/Subdivider and in consideration of the
premises and prior agreements, the Board hereby the satisfaction of the Subdivision
Improvements Agreement entered into by ivider and the Board for the Mountain
Meadows at Prince Creek, and releases security in the

Comoletion of Drainaoe lmorovements
Dear Mark:
Enclosed please find a Pay Request dated April 19, 1999, from M & M Construcrion. This Pay
Request corresponds to the drainage modification work at Mountain Meadows at Prince
Creek. These various work items were detailed on SGM's 1Ol22l9A revision to the Mountain
Meadows Drainage and Utility Plan. Sheet 3 of 5 and later summarized in John Schenk's
November 19, 1998 letterto Rick McClellan. I have previously transmitted these documents
to you in a February 4, 1999 letter which recommended panial payment in the amount of
$6,22O.2O based on M & M's December 18, 1998 Pay Request.
I visited the Mountain Meadows site on April 12 and again on May 12 for the purpose of
observing the work performed. The field checks of the various items revealed that the work
completed was commensurate with the billing and done in general compliance with the
approved plans and specifications meeting the overall intent of the revised Drainage Plan.
Several minor modifications were made at the request of adjacent property owners.
I would recommend payment in the amount of $5,4O2.0O to M & M Construction, The total
billing regarding this work would then be $11,622,20.
