Tamra,
Thank you for talking this afternoon.
WPX installed the KP 13-17 booster compressor at the end of June 2013 before the booster compressor definition was
adopted into the LUDC on July 15, 2013.
Thank you for allowing us to move forward on the building permit with Dave Bartholomew and the building department.
We understand a land use change permit is not required in order for the building to be implemented.
Please see a photo below with the unit dated 7/11/13 and an invoice attached from the company that installed the unit.
