Jason will be in for a new building permit to build a detached garage . We already reviewed and collected fees for the
garage with the rest of the house, but he ended up closing out the permit just for the house and deleting the garage . He
will resubmit the original redlined drawings for the garage . I said w e w o uld ju st char ge him a $100 f ee fo r pl an check
and p e r m it. If there are additional fees, we would do it by the hour.
