(1973) Section 30 -28 -101(10)(a) -(d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17(d) and 3.02.01 and as amended on April 28, 1980, WALTER A. STOWE and DELORES A. STOWE, by and through their attorneys, Schenk & Kerst respectfully petition the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of a 2.04 acre tract of land into two (2) tracts, Parcel A to contain .19 acres more or less, and Parcel B to contain 1.85 acres more or less, Parcel A is more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land situated in Government Lot 18 of Section 1, Township 7 South, Range 89 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point whence an iron post with a brass cap set in place and properly marked for the Southeast Corner of Government Lot 36 in said Section 1 hears S.82°28'32" E. 1214.97 feet; thence S.87°47'00" E. 112.03 feet; thence S.02°13'00" W. 35.74 feet; thence S.54°57'10" E. 6.72 feet; thence S.88°13'17" E. 28.00 feet; thence S.09°19'48" W. 32.46 feet; thence N. 80°40'12" W. 24.75 feet; thence S.61°27'18" W. 5.70 feet; thence S.09°19'48" W. 4.00 feet; thence N.80°40'12" W. 99.97 feet; thence N.09°02'12" W. 64.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 8242 square feet or 0.19 acres, more or less. and to further exempt said division from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S.
