BOARD O7 COUNTYCOMISSIONERS
OF GARFIfLD COUNTY
WH=AS, RIMLEDGE URANIUM AND MINING COYZPORATION together with
MICHAEL L. STPANG and KATHLEEN S. STRANG have jointly petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County for an. 4,xemption of
tracts of land under the provisions of Colo. Rev. Stats, (1973),
Sec. 30-28-101(10)(d), and Subdivision Regulations, Garfield County,
Colorado, fJ3.02.01 (Sept. 1972), as amended, and
WHEREAS, the -ioint petitioners have at a regular meeting of the
Board of County Commissioners held this day of a 4 sei. 1975,
shown to the satisfaction of the Board that tic joint petitioners are
respectively the owners of adjoining tracts of land in Garfield County,
Colorado, and that they desire each to convey to the other a small
tract out of large individualtracts owned by each, and that all tracts
of land involved are agricultural lands and that each tract to be con-
veyed will have an access to the county road running northerly and
southerly to Sections 18, 19, and 30 of Township 7 South, Range 87
West, Garfield County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the two tracts to be conveyed should beexempted from
the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth
in Colo. Rev. Stats. (1973) Sec. 30-28-101(10)(a).
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly 4 ,
made by

RESOLVED,
The tract of land to be conveyed by Ta-mr,LoGE to the STRANGS
lying easterly of the county road running northerly and
southerly in Lot 12, the NW1/48E14 and the S1/4SE1/4 of Section 18,
and SW1/4NE1/4 of Lot 19, Township 7 South, Range 87 West, and
The tract of land to he conveyed bv the STRANGS to RIMLEDGE
beingthat tract of land in Lots 5 and 7 of Section 19,
Township 7 Srouth, Range 87 West, and lying westerly of the
county road,
is hereby exempted from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdi-
vided land" as set forth in Colo. Rev. Stats. (1973) See. 30-28-101
(10)(a), and Subdivision Regulations, Garfield County, Colorado,
1J3.02.01 (Sept. 1972) as amended, and the transfer of such tracts by
RIMLEDCE to STRANGS and STRANGS to PINLEDGE respectively may be made.

A copy of the instruments of con,.;cyance when made and recorded shall
be filed with this resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLWD, that such exempted tracts once each
is conveyed as set forth in the joint petition shall not thereafter
be separately conveyed, but each shall constitute a single tract
with the parcel of land of each of the separate owners.
