Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. Also, please consider using a design professional for assistance in your design and a construction professional for construction of your project. Any project with more than ten (10) occupants requires the plans to be sealed by a Colorado Registered Design Professional. I have spoken to the contractor about these modifications and they are in agreement • Within the exterior wall assembly of the building, contractor shall apply two layers of batt insulation inside the wall cavity to achieve a minimum insulation value of R-23 • Within the roof assembly, contractor shall apply two layers of batt insulation inside the roof cavity to achieve a minimum insulation value of R-38 • Contractor shah modify the roof design to provide a continuous ventilating air space above the roof assembly, to prevent condensate from occurring within the insulated roof cavity, as indicated by the following roof detail modifications. I believe these modifications address the concems Andy had with this permit set If you require further assistance or have additional concerns regarding the permitting of This residence, please call.
