to the IRC modular code to meet or exceed codes as listed below.

The home will be completed and inspected by a third party State Inspector at the
manufacturing facility. After delivery to site, there may be additional required
inspections where the client %r iAI be notified of at that time where the Colorado Division
of Housing will issue a FB insignia stating that the home has met alf modular code
requirements.
