Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Windance and its successors and assigns shall have the right to utilize the Access Road Easement for their own access purposes, to locate utilities along or within the Access Road Easement, and to extend the road or create additional roads within and across any property owned by Windance or its successors or assigns. 4. Construction and Maintenance. Maintenance of the road subject to this Access Road Easement shall include, as required, regular grading, erosion control, normal road repair and similar activities, but shall not include snow removal, paving or other substantial changes or improvements to the road.
