Re Chante Pejuta Storage Building

Craig Biere / Albright & Associates
On site March 27, 2014 for final framing observation. All framing is complete and appears to be per plan
with the following exceptions:
Item 1: An awning roof was added on the west side of the building which was not shown on the plans.
See sheet C2.1, C2.3 and C2.4 for required modifications to the in place structure,
Item 2: The double top plates were extended into the side of the heavy timber beams instead of the king
studs. This prevents the king stud from overlapping as high on the sides of the beam as originally shown
in detail 7/S3.1. This condition is acceptable and I have included C2.2 which shows the in place
condition.
The above represents our report of events noted and iters discussed, and will be relied upon as true and correct by all
parties unless notified within 5 working days of receipt.
