homeowners' property , as the current private driveway is located
on the neighbor was to have signed an easement but will not allow
a permanent legal easement. The realignment will not affect the
Garfield County easement off of CR 154, as discussed with Mike of
the Road & Bridge, therefore not requiring a Road and Bridge
permit.
