Jim,
This letter is to Confirm that I, Rolf K. Hermanson, owner and resident of 482 Canyon Creek
Drive do still have Carbon Monoxide detectors in my home as per code:
Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarms are required in all new construction, remodels and
additions that require a building permit. As per State House Bill 09-1091, CO
alarms are required within 15 feet of all sleeping rooms in both single-family and
multi -family dwellings which have either fuel -fired applicants or an attached
garage. These alarms must be listed, battery powered and plugged into an outlet,
or wired directly into the dwelling's electrical system or may be combined with a
smoke detector system.
They are in the same location and are in working order as they were when I pulled a permit on
07/26/2011.
Feel free to contact me at (970)618-2886 if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Rolf K. Hermanson
