SPECIAL USE PERMIT

In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning
Resolution of 1979, as amended, .and Resolution No. 2003-37 of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use
Permit, the following activity:
The storage of approximately 50 porta potties, 2 regular size pickups, 2 cargo vans,
2 pumper trucks, 2 jetter trailers, and 2 small flat bed trailers
at 0001 County Road 315, Silt, Colorado
The Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-
mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and
other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision
Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.
