WHEREAS, the Board of county commissioners of Garfield county' colorado ('Board")'
has received un uppUotio., from Middleion for a Special Use P-ermit ("SUP") to allow'a Contractors
yard on his property within the Agriculhfal Industrial zone district; and
WIIEREAS, the Board held a public hearing on the 166 day of June,--2008'.upon the

use permit and
WIIEREAS, the Board on the basis of substantial competEnt evidence produced at the

2. Themeeting before the Board of county commissioners was extensive and complete'
that all p"rtir"rrt facts, matter, *airr*r were submitted and that all interested parties
were heard at that meeting'
3. The above stated and other reasons, the proposed special use Permit has been determined
to be in the best interest or tn" n.Jm,-r"iray, ard welfare or *r" citizens of Garfield
CountY.
4. The application has met the requirements of Special use (sections 5'03' 5'03'07 and
5.03.0g) *,"i-n"ia county zoning Resolution of 1978, as amended.
tlOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Co-unty Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, th; SP""iJIJse Pennit to alow Contractors Yard on a proPerty owned by Guy
Middleton. is hereby approved subject to "o*pli*"" with all of the following specific conditions:

9. No washing ofvehicles associated withthe proposed use shall be allowed on-site;
10. The applicant shall obtain a building permit prior to remodeliag the existing
metal structure as rePresented;
I l. All vehicles associated with this special Use Permit must be licensed and in
compliance with State and Federal requirements;
12. The Applicant shall treat all identified in the weed inventory submitted with the
application,teatmentrecordsshatlbeprovidedtoGarfieldcoun8vegetation
