As I mentioned we are proposing the one bathroom in accordance with the requirements on the 2012 IBC. Our occupant load is 74 based on a 1:30sf calculation for Mercantile use and the 2012 IBC does not require separate toilet facilities with an occupant load of less than 100, as defined in IBC Section 2902.2, Exception 3. This is a change from 2009 IBC which does not require separate toilet facilities with an occupant of 50 or less.
