In response to your letter of September 10, 1980, Western intends to construct
approximately 1.37 miles of 4" natural gas pipeline to connect the Fuelco B-12 and
D-12 natural gas wells in Section 12, Township 6 South, Range 104West to its
existing Carbonera gathering system. Enclosed is a copy of a map showing the lo-
cation of the two wells and the proposed pipeline route for your reference.
Western Slope Gas Company is an intrastate natural gas transmission company
operating under the authority of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. For
proof of Western's status as a public utility, please refer to the records of
Western's last appearance before the Garfield County Commissioners on August 25,
1980 for a natural gas pipeline approval in Sections 9, 10 and 15, Township 7 South,
Range l04West .
If you have any questions or feel I should appear before the Commissioners
