I apologize for the no comments when I received the packet I had one of my guys look at it and they looked at
the wrong address. Lois has called me several times on this and I have been working with her on getting this

Wyatt -Thank you for these comments. I had received comments from you previously indicating that there were no
issues with the ADU and related driveway. I have since issued a Director's decision for approval with a number of
conditions. Since I am not able to add conditions to the approved application at this time, I can see if the Building
department can make these conditions of approval for either their permit or her CO. I have copied David Bartholomew
and Andy Schwaller on this to see if they can assist.

Fred, Tamra, Lois,
After looking at the driveway at 3869 CR 245, I noticed a few things that need to be addressed.
1. There needs to be either an asphalt or concrete approach coming off the county road.
2
2. Water cannot reach the county road from the driveway. Either ditches along the driveway need to be installed
or a swale needs to be installed to keep water from getting to the road.
3. Site distance needs to be addressed (must be able to see 300 feet either direction when sitting in the driveway)
