I had received comments from you previously indicating that there were no issues with the ADU and related driveway. I have since issued a Director's decision for approval with a number of conditions. Since I am not able to add conditions to the approved application at this time, I can see if the Building department can make these conditions of approval for either their permit or her CO. I have copied David Bartholomew and Andy Schwaller on this to see if they can assist. There needs to be either an asphalt or concrete approach coming off the county road. 2 2. Water cannot reach the county road from the driveway. Either ditches along the driveway need to be installed or a swale needs to be installed to keep water from getting to the road. 3. Site distance needs to be addressed (must be able to see 300 feet either direction when sitting in the driveway) If there are any questions please call me and I will help you through them.
