RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 36
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A ZONE DISTRICT :TEXT
AMENDI\{ENT TO SECTIONS 2.02,3I, 2.02.57 AND 3.12.034,
WHEREAS, Mid-Continental LLc frled an application witlr the Boarcl of county commissioners
of Garfreld County for the approval of a Zone District Texl Alnendment, and
WHEREAS, the Garfield county Planning Commission reviewcd the Zone District Text
Arnendlnent on April 25'', lOOianA recoinmended"approval to the Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, based on the material submitted by the applicant'.the recommendation of the
Planning Commission ana tn" comments of the Garfieli Co*iV Planning Department thisBoard finds the
following:
l, That the hearing before the Board of County Commissioners was extensive and

NOW TI{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Carfield County'
Colorado, that the Garfield County Zoningnesoirtion adopted Uy ttris Board on the 2od day of January
1979, and identified as its Resolution, as subsequently aminded by the Board, shall be andhereby is
amended and said language will be incoryoratei into the codifred Garheld County Zorring Resolution
adopted by the Board in iecemUer 6s. 1991. as subsequently amended as follows:
