Gentlemen:
I would like for you to consider an application
to build a duplex on a 14.92 acre parcel 12 miles south
of Glenwood Springs. There is presently in place adequate
ingress and egress to the property from State hi -way 82.
The well permit has been granted for this parcel,
and the sewer will be disposed of by septic and dry well,
or by any other method required by County regulations.
My plan is not to disturb any more of the trees
and natural landscape as is absolutely necessary to make
the improvements.

Re: Letter of Feasibility for Sewage Disposal - A. tract of land in the
NE4NE4, Sec, 27, T. 6 S., R. 89 W., of the 6th P.M. containing 14.93 acres
Dear Mr. Piffer:
Based on the information received by this office and past experience with
sewage disposal facilities in the immediate area of the proposed exemption, it
has been determined by this office on -lot sewage disposal facilities are both
feasible and practical, commensurate with both County and State regulations,
provided proper permits are obtained prior to construction.
It should be further noted that due to the known conditions, only the follow-
ing types of on -lot sewage disposal systems would be acceptable:
Approved septic tank and absorption area
x Approved septic tank and dry well
Approved aerated treatment unit and absorption area
Approved aerated treatment unit and sealed sub -surface
evapotranspiration system
Vault
Other as specified:
