Gentlemen: I would like for you to consider an application to build a duplex on a 14.92 acre parcel 12 miles south of Glenwood Springs. There is presently in place adequate ingress and egress to the property from State hi -way 82. The well permit has been granted for this parcel, and the sewer will be disposed of by septic and dry well, or by any other method required by County regulations.
