DATE: June 25, 1986 RE: John Powers Land Use Permit Applications and Subdivision Exemption Requests The City of Rifle does not object to the land uses proposed by the applicant. If the subject property were annexed to the City of Rifle, the probable zoning would be MR -D in which the proposed uses would be permitted and conditional uses.
