SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Leo Jamarron and Carl Orrison Distributing
In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield
County Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and Resolution No.81 - 387
of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado,
State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the
following activity:
warehousing; specifically, a refrigerated beer distributorship
on the following described tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado:
a five acre tract of land situated in the NL. of Section 35, T6S,
R89W of the 6th Principal Meridian of Garfield County, Colorado.
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions
set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only
during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions
of the Garfield County Zoning Resolutions, Subdivision Regulations,
Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County.
