The applicant shall widen County Road 309 at the entrance of the project area, toProvide modified accel-dece1 lanes for truck traffic, accorcling to the County RoadSupervisor t s requirements ;11. The applicant shall provide on-going maintenance (grading, gravelling, dustsuppressant' etc.) and necessary improvements (wldening, realignments, etc.) ao CountyRoad 309 from project site to its intersection with County Road 301, accord.ing toCounty Road Supervisor requirernents; L2. The applicant shal-l not proceed with hauling activites between the hours of7:/r5 A.M. - 8:15 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. - 4:15 P.II. weekdays, if Counry Road 309 is usedas an active school bus route, so as to protect school children and school busingoperations during these hours; 13.
