Location: Lot 29 and 30 at Roarking Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen, Filing No.2,
approximately 3 miles north of the Town of Carbondale, located off of Royal
Coachman Rd., in Section 19, T7S, R88W
To Whom It May Concern:
I hereby authorize Brad Crawford of Crawford Design Build, LLC to represent the Applicant,
Sue Goldstein, of 5418 Oak Canopy Way, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 33312, as the Owner's
Authorized Representative with regards to the submittal for the Subdivision -- Amended
Final Plat Review and any on-going communication regarding the Application, and or the
subsequent building permit application for construction of my new residence at Lot 29 and
30 at Roaring Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen in Carbondale, Colorado.
Please allow Crawford Design Build, LLC and their required consultants to submit the
application and related materials, consult with Garfield County in matters related to this
submittal, and act as our local Authorized Representative in this matter throughout the
Subdivision - Amended Final Plat review, as well as the subsequent building permit process.
