Attach map showing all existing improvements, all pertinent distances and area on the subject property and adjoining property within 200 feet of the subject property boundaries. This Special Use Permit is in compliance with Sections 5.03 and 9.03 of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution as per application. The above information is correct to the best of my knowledge. Signature of Appli Date Application Requirements: Site plan drawn to scale showing access, location of proposed parking, setbacks and any other pertinent information. There shall be no residential uses on the site. There may he provisions for storage of support facility equipment on the site. Security for the site may be provided by guards utilizing the business office. Applicants shall provide a letter from the property owner, if other than the applicant, granting permission to use the property for such facilities. There shall be sanitation facilities adequate for the projected number of users and proof of provision for maintenance of the facilities. There shall be adequate garbage containers for the site and proof for pick-up. There shall be compliance with all allowed uses within the zone limitation of one principle use per lot. The site shall have safe and adequate access. The site shall have adequate provisions for parking. There shall be adequate provisions for water.
