Re: Review of Plan Revisions E-8/60 Puma
I wanted to formalize the DRC's review of the revisions made to the home to correct the height
noncompliance. The DRC considered the revisions at the regular meeting November 19,2014
and then again December 3,2014. The DRC recommended several corrections in order for the
revised plan to comply with the Guidelines, in particular the length of the ridge of the roof.
Following review of the correction to the ridge length and a submittal of plans indicating stone at
the base of the columns, the DRC approved the new plans as considered and stamped approval at
the December 3,2O14 meeting.
Please keep in mind that a copy of your approved plans is kept on file for periodic review by the
Design Review Committee to assure compliance with your approved plans. Any anticipated
changes from your approved plans must be submitted to, reviewed by and receive approval from
the Design Review Committee prior to making any changes.
