Project: Pura Vida Ranch, Carbondale, CO.
Subject: ISDS Construction Approval Letter.
The proposed ISDS field design at the Pura Vida Ranch above RVR in Carbondale has been installed per
the approved plans_ The beds were trenched down to the tested soil elevation and installed on an un -
compacted level pad of existing soils. The septic tank meets sizing per design and has an inlet drop and
outlet bio -filter installed per design. The tank lids have been raised to the proper elevation above grade
and backfilling of the trench area has been completed. Please see attached photos of the installation_
