(1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under- signed t i2 u MS respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 45-3 acre tract of land into tracts of approximately , } /" �! acres each, more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows: (legal description - attach separate sheet if additional space is required) from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. J. Brungs Alternate Parcel No 2 (Parcel 2 & 4) containing 2.60 acres more or less is satisfactory for a building site if the dwelling is constructed 16 feet above the bottom of East Elk Creek where East Elk Creek enters said Alternate Parcel No. 2 and 200 feet horizonally from said creek.
