Building does not meet the building code. Permit 9742 was taken out to get the structure up to code,
but was never completed. Several attempts to get the owner to complete the job did not prove fruitful.
The permit has been closed out with this note for the file. Hopefully prior to selling the property they
will have to complete the work, or the new buyer inherits the problem.
