We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
exemption application. The developer pro p oses to use we ll s for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there is still water a vailable for appropriation.
This office can issue individual domestic w ell permits to individual lot
purchasers and we recommend approval of t he Bradley Exemption .
