HomeMy WebLinkAbout2.0 CorrespondenceSeptember 28, 1976 Mr. Carl Bernklau 7880 309 Road Rifle, Colorado 81650 Dear Carl: Enclosed is a copy of the petition which you must sign as the landowner in order to request a Senate Bill Exemption. We also need the legal description from your deed for the 79 acres. If your deed jutt covers the 79 acre parcel then you are asking for two additional parcels to be created by exemption resulting in a total of three parcels. If the 79 acre parcel is included with other ground in the deed and legal description, then you are actually asking for three additional parcels for a totel of four parcels; 6 acres, 6 acres, 67 acres, and whatever the remainder of the larger piece of ground covered by the deed might be. I do not see any problem in either case, but the request has to align with the deeded land and present legal description. This will be scheduled sometime on the 3td Monday in October, when there is a definite time I'll give you a call. The fee for this request would be $50.00 plus a dollar an acre for the smallest lot created which would work out to $56.00 which could be paid at the public hearing. Hope your ankle gets back on the job before too long. Fall is much to nice a season to be cooped up inside, especially in your beautiful neck of the County. RAW/kay Enclosure Sincerely, Robert A. Witkowski Director
