Subject: Tri-State Trucking
Gentlemen,
It is my understanding that Tri-State Trucking would like to move forward with the construction of the truck
maintenance shop as approved in their Special Use Permit. Further, Tri-State is requesting allowance to keep the
modular unit on-site until such time as the construction is completed on the permanent structure. The modular is
proposed to be served by vault and haul water and sanitation.
After having discussed this issue with the both Fred Jarman and Andy Schwaller, the County find this acceptable if:
1. A building permit is obtained for the modular unit, with submittal occurring within the next week to ten days.
2. The temporary vault and haul scenario will require a septic permit.
3. The building permit for the truck maintenance shop must be submitted within the next four to six weeks.
4. Removal of the modular will be required upon completion of the truck maintenance structure.
