To Whom It May Concern:
Stallion OIIfield Services in Rifle, Colorado will be providing service to Tri State Trucking for the
water and septic systems. Tri State Trucking rents both a potable water tank and a septic system from
Stallion. Stallion delivers potable water to the Tri State Trucking site, as well as disposes of waste in the
