OF ::GARFIELD COUNTY,, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO: 79 24 WHEREAS, Homer E. and Rose E. Chapman have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for an exemption from the definition of the terms subdivision and "subdivided land" under C.R.S. 1973, 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d), as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979, Sections 2 02.21 (d) and 3:02.01 forthe division of a 21.0 acre tract described as follows: that parcel in Book 517, Page 92 of the records of the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder into 3 tracts of approximately 5.24, 5.24,and a re- maining 10.52 acres each, more or less, which proposed divided tracts are more particularly described as follows: Tract A: A.parcel of land situated in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Colorado. More particularly described as follows Beginning at a point which lies N. 51°20'23" E. 1101.52 feet of the West Quarter Corner Section 14 of said Township and Range; thence N. 00003'30" W. 159.39 feet; thence N. 90°00'00" E. 325.00 feet; thence N. 41°24'43" E. 549.44 feet to a point on the southerly edgeof an existing access road; thence. S. 66°44'53" E.150.00 feet;. thence S. 64'31'3Q" E. 33.25 feet; thence departing from edge of said access road S. 00'03'30" E. 245.00 feet thence. S. 59°00'15" W. 61.9.39 feet; thence N. 55°18'11" W. 116.00 feet; thence N. 90°00'00'': W. 230:04 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 5.24: acres, more or less. Tract B: A parcel of land situated in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Colorado: More particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies N. 80°44'54" E. 1709.41 feet of the West Quarter Corner Section 14.of said Township and Range; thence S. 00°03'30" E. 7.81 feet; thence S. 72°52'46" W. 309.49 feet; thence N. 00003'30" W. 303.88 feet; thence N. 55°.18'11 W. 250.00 feet; thence N. 590.00'15" E. 619.39 feet; thence S. 00°03'30".E. 666.24 feet; thence S. 90°00'00" W. 30.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 5.24 acres, moreorless in the State of Colorado and: County of Garfield.
