Exenption PIat for hearing before the Board of County Conmissioners.
It is Bill and Joannes' intent to nerge th& 0.237 acre parcel with their existingtract to the south, which is described in Book 652 at Page 3Q9 and is referenced by
Assessor parcel #2181-051-00-022.
Attached also is a coBy of a letter from Bill stating that it is his intention to
have the tract merged with his current parcel.

Reference: Jim Chenowith subdivision exemption-
I am in the process of purchasing .23 acres of property
from Jim. The property will be added to my present property
by boundry line adjustment. There is no intention that this
pioperty would be available for development now or in the
future.
Because of my physical condition, sam Phelps is helping
me with the forms and procedures to complete this project.
