Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979

WHEREAS, a Certificate of the Land Office at Denver, Colorado, is now
deposited in the Bureau of Land Management, whereby it appears that full pay-
ment has been made by Mumbert Cerise and Laurine Cerise according to the
provisions of Chapter 7, Title 32 of the Revised Statutes of the United States
and legislation supplemental thereto, for the following described land:

The area described contains 162.65 acres, according to the Official Plat
of the Survey of the said Land, on file in the Bureau of Land Management:
NOW KNOW YE, That the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in consideration
of the premises, and in conformity with the several Acts of Congress in such
case made and provided, HAS GIVEN AND GRANTED, and by these presents
DOES GIVE AND GRANT unto the said Mumbert Cerise and Laurine Cerise and
to their heirs the tract above described; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same,
together with all the rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances, of
whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto the said Mumbert Cerise and
Laurine Cerise and to their heirs and assigns forever; subject to any vested
and accrued water rights for mining, agricultural, manufacturing, or other

purposes, and rights to ditches and reservoirs used in connection with such
water rights, as may be recognized and acknowledged by the local customs,
laws, and decisions of courts; and there is reserved from the lands hereby
granted, a right-of-way thereon for ditches or canals constructed by the
authority of the United States.
Excepting and reserving, also, to the United States all the oil, gas
and potash in the land so patented, and to it or persons authorized by it,
the right to prospect for, mine, and remove such deposits from the same
upon compliance with the conditions and subject to the provisions and
limitations of the Act of July 17, 1914 (38 Stat. 509) .

Colorado, lying northerly of and adjacent to the Northerly
right-of-way line of State Highway No. 82 and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly right-of-way
line of said State Highway No. 82 whence a stone
found in place and properly marked for the Witness
Corner to the Northwest Corner of said Section 32
bears N. 79°59'37" W. 234.37 feet and N. 54°26'21"
W. 3013.63 feet; thence N. 35°44'26" E. 109.75
feet to a point on a fence as built and in place;
thence N. O1°21'48" E. 300.00 feet along said
fence; thence S. 79°59'37" E. 550.76 feet; thence
S. O1°21'48" W. 400.00 feet to a point on the
Northerly right-of-way line of said State Highway
No. 82; thence N. 79°59'37" W. 613.44 feet along
