These properties were created by Senate Bill 35 Exemption in 1981, by Resolution No.
81-199 of the Board of County Commissioners. This request is soley to slightly
readjust those property lines.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval with the condition that this exemption is soley for the purposes of adjusting
property boundaries, and no new lots are created by this action.
