ChristLansen f respectfully petition the Board of County 963), as ammended, the under- ormerly known as Beverl-J. Cur Commissioners of Garfield CountY, Col-orado, to exempt by Resol-ution 1 parcel of land, more fu1Ly herein described, and for the reasons set. forth herein. 1. Petitioner is the ohTner of a tract of land in Garfield County' Colorado: The North t4L.75 feet, measured along the West boundary line of deeded 1ane, of that tract situate in Lot 2, Sec.2. Tp 6 S., R. 89 W. of the 6th P.M., said tract belng more ful1y described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 2, whence the Southwest corner of said Lot 2 bears S. 0o55r W. 99.46 feet; thence S. 88"27r E. 232.5 feet, to deed 1-ane; thence N. 14"13t E. 281.75 feet along Westerly line of deeded lane; thence N. 88"271 W. 222.5 feet to center of No-Name Creek; thence S. 29"21t 8.41.5 feet al-ong center of No-Name Creek; thence S. 36"13'W. 156.3 feet along center of No-Name Creek to the intersection with Inlest l-ine of said Lot 2; thence S. 0"55r W. 110.5 feet along West l-lne of said Lot 2, to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that part deeded out by Document No. 218210, recorded on July LB, 1962, in Book 343 at page 159 of the records of the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder. Currently, there are 3 shares owned for this proPerty and, if independent transfer is made, an additional share woul-d be purchased by owner and transferred to new owni:r). The Property also contains lndlvidual septlc systems and each have direct access to No-Name Lane. Thls property ls zoned for single family use and is, therefore, non-conforming.
