(1973) Section 30-28-101(10)(a) - (d) as amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.1 d) and 3.02.01, the undersigned respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution �, /.5- // /-Z _/.S" /T4,0 more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. No. 53 situated in Sections 26 and 35, Township 4 South, Range 91 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, being described as follows: Beginning at Corner No. 1 of said H.E.S. No. 53; thence N.16°41'41" E. 1735.37 feet to Corner No. 2 of said H.E.S. No. 53; thence N.52°22143" E. 303.44 feet; thence S.33°23'29" E. 289.69 feet to Corner No. 8 of said H.E.S.
