PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (.l973) Section 30-28-l0l(.l0)(a) - (d) as amended,
and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted
September 'l , 197? and amended April .l4, .l975, Sectjons I .02.17(d) and
3.02.0.l , the unders'igned Loren Crabtree
respectfuily petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution to divide Lats 7 I and
9 into two parceTs in E7k Creek Subdivision
more fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision"
and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (]973)
Section 30-28-l0l(a) - (d) and the Garfie'ld County Subdivision Regulations,
for the reasons stated below:
