County subdivision regulations require that any new parcel created that is less than thirty-five (35) acres in size be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. To my knowledge, the 7.31 acre parcel was not created by any action of the Board of County Commissioners. Enclosed are documents provided by the Assessor's Office. Please contact our office, either myself or Mark Bean, to discuss this matter further. Sincerely, Andrew C.
