The Letter of Authorization is fine. The documents submitted by the applicant
support ownership by the applicants of Lots 2+3 and Parcel M, and the Boundary
Line Adjustment Affidavit is also properly supported.

• The application materials do not discuss any implications to any HOA documents, well sharing
agreements, etc. The Applicant should discuss how and/or if these will be impacted.

Dear Michael,
Upon review of the Cedar Springs Ranch Sub. Ex. 3rd Amended, I have prepared a list of comments or
corrections to be made prior to approval for survey content and form.
. Improvements not pertinent to the plat should be removed.
2. All dates in certificates to 2011.
Once these and all final comments from Building and planning have been completed, the Mylar may be
prepared for recording. The Mylar shall be delivered to the Building and Planning office with all private party
signatures no later than Monday the week prior to the next commissioner meeting day in order to make that
meeting.
