Further, the Subdivision Regulations require that within 90 days of approval, the Amended Final Plat shall be reviewed by the County Swveyor (pqpel_qgpD, then signed and dated (mylar copy) by the County Surveyor, then signed and dated by the Chairman of the Board and recorded in the Clerk and Recorder's Offrce of Garfietd County. The Amended Final Plat shall meet the minimum CRS standards for land survey plats, as required by Colorado state law, and approved by the County Surveyor and shall include, at a minimum, the information outlined in Sectionl:Z2 of the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations. Once you we have reviewed your final plat draft, and your surveyor has made any required changes, submit a mylar of the final plat to this office so that we may schedule it to be sigped by the Chairman of the Board.
